Bootstrap first → acquire later

It all started in 2014 with the bootstrapping of KWFinder, no external cash, profitable from day 1. Step by step, we acquired an additional 7 SaaS products, together with a famous Czech private equity fund Pale Fire Capital, and grown to over 90 people.

At itrinity, we’re all about building tools that empower businesses and individuals to thrive online. Our journey began in 2014, when Peter Hrbacik introduced KWFinder, a tool that quickly gained popularity for helping users find long-tail keywords with low SEO competition. What started as a simple idea soon transformed into a global SaaS success story.

Today, we’re the team behind Mangools – a suite of powerful SEO tools used by over 1.2 million people worldwide, ranging from beginners to global agencies. But that’s just the beginning. With the support of Pale Fire Capital, we’ve expanded our portfolio to include industry-leading tools

Accelerating growth — With three new acquisitions, itrinity expands its portfolio to 8 SaaS products, solidifying its position as a dynamic portfolio operator.

Scaling the operations — We implement lean management practices, establish a dedicated acquisition team, and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Acquiring WarmupInbox.com — After two years of scaling our portfolio, we return to acquisitions. Partnering again with PFC, we acquire WarmupInbox, a fast-growing service in the email warmup niche.
2019
Acquiring UptimeRobot.com — We take a big leap with the acquisition of UptimeRobot.com - a leading uptime monitoring solution on the market! We once again partnered with PFC to make this happen.
2018
Teaming up with PFC and our 1st acquisition — The itrinity story as a SaaS portfolio operator begins here. Partnering with Czech venture capital firm PaleFire Capital, we make our first acquisition: EmailListVerify.
2016
Introducing Mangools — KWFinder 2.0 is released, and Mangools is born as the umbrella brand for our growing suite of SEO tools.
2015
Building the team! — After a year of running solo, Peter is joined by Frankie (design) and Martin (engineering) to scale KWFinder and take it to the next level.
2014
The journey begins — Peter, our founder, launches the first public version of KWFinder after weeks of planning and tireless development in the heart of Slovakia.
