Who Are We Looking For?

You’ll play a key role in growing our network and integrating our solutions to help enhance the guest experience for customers.

Must-Have

  • Solid experience in partnership development or a similar role, ideally in short-term rentals or SaaS.
  • Fluent English (native speakers preferred) with top-notch communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge for financial reporting.
  • Experience in writing PRDs or technical documentation.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in the short-term rental or hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful connections with potential partners, especially Property Management Systems.

Mission

As integral part of our DEV team, you are delivering complex solutions and new features which bring real value to our users. Mostly managing yourself but making sure we follow a defined strategy and timelines together with the rest of the DEV teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hybrid Development (Initial Phase): For an initial period (approximately 6-9 months), contribute to the development of new features within the existing AngularJS framework while simultaneously planning the strategic migration to React.
  • Progressive Migration: Analyze existing AngularJS components and implement a strategic, step-by-step migration plan to React, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • React Development: Build new features and components using React, following industry best practices and maintainable coding standards.
  • Google Cloud Functions: Integrate frontend components with existing Google Cloud Functions and develop new cloud functions as needed to support application functionality.

Responsibilities (what will be your duties?)

  • End-to-End Ownership:
    • take full responsibility for the entire lifecycle of feature development, from gathering requirements and writing clean, maintainable code to deploying, monitoring, and ensuring long-term reliability
    • e.g., delivering a user authentication system with logging, monitoring, and detailed documentation, while continuously improving its performance and usability.
  • Assist colleagues with on-demand tasks:
    • fulfill requests from developers
    • answer questions from support teams
  • Cooperate with other Developers to achieve your mission

Interview process
