You’ll play a critical role in leading our product teams, improving processes, mentoring product managers, and shaping our overall product strategy while owning one of our core products yourself.
This position is 50% about team leadership – ensuring we build a world-class product management organization – and 50% focused on individual contributor responsibilities, driving the success of your own dedicated product. - Review and challenge the product strategies and roadmaps across the itrinity portfolio. Ensure their effective delivery.
- Spot, design, and ensure the effective delivery of portfolio-wide product activities, e.g., continuous dynamic pricing A/B tests, world-class user centricity and customer experience, auditing user journeys and onboarding, etc.
- Collaborate effectively with Analytics, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and senior leadership, maintaining clarity and alignment across the organization.
- Hire and, if necessary, replace product managers, ensuring each new acquisition within the portfolio is supported by the right product management talent.
🛠️ Hands-On Product Management
- Own and drive your product’s vision, roadmap, prioritisation, and delivery, and collaborate with CTO and CMO to ensure smooth new feature development and releases.
- Stay close to customers, understanding their problems deeply, validating solutions, and ensuring exceptional user experiences.
- Create clear, actionable product specs, UI/UX concepts, and requirements (usually documented in Notion).
- Oversee product development from ideation through launch, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.
📈 Metrics & Outcomes
- Define, measure, and optimize key product metrics that directly impact business and customer value.
- Use data, user feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to continuously refine and improve your product strategy.
- Own accountability for product business goals – revenue, costs, retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
💡 Innovation & Iteration
- Foster an MVP mindset within your team, rapidly testing ideas and agile iterating based on results.
- Keep a pulse on market trends, emerging customer needs, and competitive dynamics to drive meaningful innovation.
- Ensure your product maintains a strong competitive advantage.

- Achieving significant growth in your dedicated product area while contributing to strategic portfolio development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
✅ Must-Have
- 6+ years of product management experience in SaaS, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring product teams.
- Demonstrated success owning end-to-end product lifecycle – customer discovery, roadmap prioritization, execution, and iteration.
- Strong business sense – connecting product outcomes to clear business results.
- Extra energetic leader, a driver of passion, fueling the team, with a strong get-things-done mindset, a problem solver, a roadblock remover, simply leading with heart and passion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, clearly articulating decisions and strategies.
✨ Nice-to-Have
- Experience with marketing or MarTech niches.
- Technical or engineering background or familiarity with software development processes.

- Product teams are more efficient, better aligned, and happier due to your leadership, guidance, and process improvements.
- Stakeholders clearly understand product direction, priorities, and decision-making rationale, creating greater alignment and trust.
If you’re energized by leading great teams, defining product direction, and still enjoy hands-on execution, let’s talk!
Interview process
- Send us your CV or a well-filled LinkedIn profile – we’d love to see your experience in action!
- Prescreening call – HR team will call you to discuss the main expectations and responsibilities (20-35 minutes).
- Case study – we’ll send you an assignment to complete at home, which will also help prepare you for the next round.

What we offer?
There are many reasons to join itrinity but they’re probably not the usual corporate perks. We build and scale multiple profitable SaaS products, and we like things lean, honest, and impact-driven.
- Work across multiple growing SaaS products – Start with one product, then expand your impact across several fast-growing SaaS businesses in our portfolio. One role, multiple markets, real learning curve.
- ESOP with real value – A meaningful stock ownership program with dividends and liquidity. When the portfolio grows, you benefit directly.
- Remote & flexible – Work from anywhere, set your own schedule. We care about outcomes, not time trackers.
- Founder-led & ownership mindset – Small, senior teams with real responsibility. Your work doesn’t disappear in a slide deck – it shapes the product and growth strategy.
- Agile by default – We test fast, keep what works, and kill what doesn’t. MVPs over perfection, learning over politics.

Community Manager / Developer Advocate for UptimeRobot
Why Are We Hiring?
Help Shape the Voice of UptimeRobot in the Developer World
We’re looking for a Developer Advocate (DevRel) to join our fast-growing SaaS team and become the go-to community leader, content creator, and bridge between UptimeRobot and the developer world.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building and managing communities, loves being on camera, and knows how to organize events that bring developers together – all while translating technical concepts into content people actually want to consume.
Why this role matters
You’ll be the face and voice of UR for developers – across Discord, GitHub, Dev.to, YouTube, and more. Your work will directly influence product decisions, community growth, and how devs everywhere see and use UptimeRobot.
Must-haves
- Proven community management experience: You’ve built, grown, and moderated online communities (Discord, Slack, Reddit, forums) – not just participated, but owned the strategy, engagement, and health of a community.
- Event organizer: You’ve planned and run online events: hackathons, webinars, AMAs, livestreams, launch parties, and know how to drive signups, participation, and follow-through.
- On-camera confidence: You’re a natural on video. You’ve hosted tutorials, livestreams, or YouTube content and are comfortable being the face of a brand.
- Content creator: You can write clearly for a technical audience (tutorials, guides, blog posts) and produce or co-produce video content end-to-end.
- Technical fluency: You don’t need to be an engineer, but you understand developer workflows, APIs, and SaaS tooling well enough to speak credibly to a dev audience.
- B2B SaaS experience: 2+ years of experience working for the B2B SaaS
- English: Written & spoken fluency for tech audiences – tutorials, livestreams, docs, posts.
Your mission (what you’ll actually do
)
Own and energize our developer community
- Run & grow our Discord server: set the tone, moderate, engage users daily, collect feedback, run contests, and share product updates.
- Plan and execute online community events – hackathons, build challenges, AMAs, and themed weeks that drive participation and loyalty.
- Kick off our “Build with UR” initiative – inspire and support developers building plugins/integrations.
- Help shape UR’s roadmap by surfacing community ideas and dev pain points.
Create useful, authentic content
- Host & produce video tutorials and walkthroughs on YouTube – you’ll be the face on screen.
- Represent UR on podcasts, collabs, and AMAs with other creators.
- Own and manage our content presence on Youtube, Dev.to, GitHub, Stack Overflow and vibe coding communities
Be our voice in the dev world
- Respond to community posts, write guides, and promote UR’s capabilities.
- Write technical content: from “getting started” guides to advanced how-tos.
- Bring back insights and feedback to our CMO, CPO, and product team.
Bonus points if you…
- Have real hands-on experience with the UptimeRobot product
- Have a software development, DevOps, or engineering background
- Have 2-3 years in a DevRel, Advocacy, or Technical Content role
- Have run a community of 1,000+ members
- Have a portfolio of videos, tutorials, talks, or community case studies to show us
The vibe we’re looking for
- Community-first mindset: You wake up thinking about engagement, retention, and what your community needs next. Managing a community isn’t a side task for you – it’s the job.
- On-camera personality: You’re energetic, approachable, and people enjoy watching you explain things.
- Event brain: You love the logistics and creativity of pulling off a great online event.
- Empathetic communicator: You care deeply about DX and turn feedback into action.
- Proactive & autonomous: You don’t wait for permission – you take the lead.
Interview process
- Send us your CV or a well-filled LinkedIn profile – we’d love to see your experience in action!

We prioritize understanding and meeting our users’ needs, with their satisfaction at the core of our product decisions. Long-term growth is the natural result of listening to, evolving alongside our customers and solving their problems.
We operate multiple products, but we function as one team with shared goals and attitude. We believe in sharing know-how, ideas, and supporting each other. Honest, direct, and open communication is strongly encouraged among all members of the company.
We give freedom in decisions, but we expect responsibility and accountability.
We know resource constraints are inevitable but they often lead to innovative and smart solutions. We focus on achieving 80% of value with 20% of effort & costs. We care about outcomes not measuring outputs.
We offer above market compensation to everyone who shows the ability to rapidly and consistently deliver results and improve our chances of business success. We also have very attractive ESOP (stock ownership program) available.
We want to fail fast, because we will learn something. If we fail slowly, we lose much more time and resources. If we find something is working, we scale it fast as well to see the potential.
