itrinity is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Group Product Manager who can balance leadership with hands-on product execution. You’ll play a critical role in leading our product teams, improving processes, mentoring product managers, and shaping our overall product strategy while owning one of our core products yourself.

This position is 50% about team leadership – ensuring we build a world-class product management organization – and 50% focused on individual contributor responsibilities, driving the success of your own dedicated product. You’ll drive strategic growth, innovation, and user satisfaction across itrinity’s portfolio, personally owning the vision, strategy, and execution of one core product, while also shaping and leading our broader product team.

Your Responsibilities

🎯 Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and grow our team of product managers, creating an environment focused on clear goals, personal growth, accountability, and excellence.
  • Continuously improve product management processes and state-of-the-art best practices across itrinity, to build and support a highly effective product team.
  • Review and challenge the product strategies and roadmaps across the itrinity portfolio. Ensure their effective delivery.
  • Spot, design, and ensure the effective delivery of portfolio-wide product activities, e.g., continuous dynamic pricing A/B tests, world-class user centricity and customer experience, auditing user journeys and onboarding, etc.
  • Collaborate effectively with Analytics, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and senior leadership, maintaining clarity and alignment across the organization.
  • Hire and, if necessary, replace product managers, ensuring each new acquisition within the portfolio is supported by the right product management talent.

🛠️ Hands-On Product Management

  • Own and drive your product’s vision, roadmap, prioritisation, and delivery, and collaborate with CTO and CMO to ensure smooth new feature development and releases.
  • Stay close to customers, understanding their problems deeply, validating solutions, and ensuring exceptional user experiences.
  • Create clear, actionable product specs, UI/UX concepts, and requirements (usually documented in Notion).
  • Oversee product development from ideation through launch, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.

  • Define, measure, and optimize key product metrics that directly impact business and customer value.
  • Use data, user feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to continuously refine and improve your product strategy.

  • 6+ years of product management experience in SaaS, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring product teams.
  • Demonstrated success owning end-to-end product lifecycle – customer discovery, roadmap prioritization, execution, and iteration.

We’re now looking for someone who lives and breathes outbound lead generation – data-driven, tool-savvy, and focused on building predictable outbound pipelines. Outbound is becoming a key growth channel across our SaaS portfolio.

    We want to hire one person fully focused on outbound lead generation, starting with TouchStay (where outbound is already ~60% validated and just needs stabilization), and then gradually expanding to other products in our portfolio (UR, WUI, ELV, DF, etc.).

    Mission

    You will own outbound lead generation end-to-end:

    • finding the right ICPs
    • sourcing & enriching lead data
    • setting up outbound tooling
    • creating and iterating messaging
    • running outbound campaigns
    • delivering qualified leads to sales

    Responsibilities

    🧠 Outbound Strategy & Setup

    • Build and own outbound lead generation for TouchStay (initial focus).
    • Define ICPs together with sales & product.
    • Decide where and how to source leads (databases, scraping, APIs, partners).
    • Set up and continuously optimize outbound processes.

    🛠 Tools, Data & Automation

    • Work with outbound tooling (email, enrichment, sequencing).
    • Scrape, enrich, and clean lead data.
    • Connect tools via APIs, automations, or no-code solutions.
    • Continuously improve data quality and deliverability.
    • Own outbound infrastructure – not just execution.

    ✍️ Messaging & Personalization

    • Build outbound messaging frameworks (cold email, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Personalize outreach at scale.
    • Test subject lines, angles, and value propositions.
    • Iterate messaging based on reply quality and conversion to meetings.

    📊 Performance & Scaling

    • Track outbound KPIs (reply rates, booked meetings, lead quality).
    • Improve efficiency and cost per lead.
    • Once TouchStay is stable, expand outbound to additional SaaS products in the portfolio.
    • Share learnings and best practices across products.

    What Makes This Role Unique?

    • Outbound-only focus – no distractions with closing or account management.
    • You don’t need to be a “senior sales exec” – we care about hands-on outbound skills, not years in sales.
    • TouchStay will initially cover ~60 % of your focus, later ~25–30 % as you expand to other products.
    • High impact role with real ownership and room to scale outbound across multiple SaaS products.

    • Proven experience with outbound lead generation (SaaS preferred).

      itrinity is growing fast, and we need a high-performing closer to join a workspace built for sales excellence. This is not a role where you are left to figure things out alone or “thrown to the wolves.” You will be supported by a real team of professionals across Customer Success, Outbound, Marketing, and Sales Leadership – people who deeply understand the sales process and are committed to sharpening it every day.

      We have already built a stable and well-documented environment with established tools and AI-driven automations. We need you to be the final piece of the puzzle – the professional who executes these processes with precision to convert a high volume of inbound leads and bring many new customers to our products.

      Your Mission

      You will take full ownership of the bottom-of-the-funnel, turning inbound product Demos into high-quality Opportunities and closed Deals. You will proactively move deals forward with (“Challenger” mindset), ensuring no opportunity stalls within our fast-paced sales cycle (typically 1–3 weeks depending on a product).

      Your Responsibilities

      Consultative Sales & Closing

      We expect a closer who operates in the top of the market. It is important to us that you don’t just “demonstrate” the product, but actually lead the customer through a discovery process that identifies pain, needs and expected value.

      You should be a master of the consultative and proactive approach (The “Challenger” methodology) and know how to take control of the deal rather than just selling on features or price.

      • Conduct 2–3 high-quality demos per day, tailoring each presentation to the client’s specific needs and success criteria.
      • Execute our sales workflows and playbooks to manage a high volume of inbound leads from our sites and existing channels.
      • Apply the proactive sales approach: provide unique insights, challenge the status quo, and control the closing process.
      • Maintain a proactive “push” approach: at every stage of the funnel, you must know exactly how to move the deal to the next step.
      • Take full ownership of the sales quota, consistently closing deals and achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

      CRM & Data Excellence

      We value transparency and data-driven decisions. It is crucial that you treat the CRM as your primary source of truth, maintaining a level of hygiene that allows the entire team to understand the health of the pipeline at a glance. We look for someone who distinguishes “good” CRM management from “average” data entry.

      • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene: no deal moves without accurate, updated data.
      • Ensure every opportunity is well-documented with clear notes, context and next steps.
      • Manage a high deals volume without sacrificing the quality of your pipeline data.

      AI, Automation & Collaboration

      You are joining a highly specialized team where Marketing and Outbound are already delivering high-quality leads. Your job is to leverage the tools we’ve built to work faster and smarter. While we have stabilized processes, we value your ideas on how to use AI and automation to increase conversion rates and efficiency.

      • Partner with our experienced Marketing, Outbound, and Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
      • Use our existing AI-driven processes and automations to handle high volume and maximize your commission potential.
      • Proactively suggest improvements to our stabilized environment based on your “on-the-ground” experience.

      Must-Have

      To succeed here, you need a mix of seasoned closing experience and a disciplined, proactive nature. We look for “drivers” who take ownership of the deal cycle and don’t wait for things to happen.

      • 3+ years of SaaS Closing experience with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
      • The “Driver” Mentality: You are naturally proactive and know how to move a deal forward without being reactive.
      • Challenger Sales Proficiency: You are comfortable controlling the sales conversation and challenging prospect assumptions.
      • Process Discipline: You thrive in an environment where tools and workflows are already built and require high-level execution.

      • Core US Hours Availability: Ability to cover US timezone hours when needed.

        • Identify and Outreach: Proactively identify and engage with high-potential partners, specifically PMS, Channel Managers, and local associations, via LinkedIn, email, and industry events.
        • Strategic Networking: Leverage and actively expand your existing professional network to open doors and establish Touch Stay as a “must-have” integration.
        • Full Cycle Ownership: Lead the entire partnership lifecycle from initial discovery and pitching to negotiating commercial terms and closing the agreement.
        Partner Activation and Growth
        • Seamless Onboarding: Guide new partners through the integration process, ensuring they are fully enabled and excited to promote Touch Stay.
        • Joint Marketing: Collaborate with partners to design and execute co-marketing initiatives like webinars, newsletters, and case studies that drive mutual value.
        • Commercial Optimization: Constantly analyze partner performance and identify opportunities to deepen the relationship and increase lead flow.
        Relationship Management and Technical Bridge
        • Primary Point of Contact: Act as the face of Touch Stay for our strategic partners, maintaining consistent and high-quality communication.
        • Documentation and Feedback: Write PRDs and technical documentation to ensure integrations are robust while acting as the “voice of the partner” for our product team.
        • Financial Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage partner commissions and prepare clear, data-driven performance reports.

        • Pipeline Growth: Number of new qualified partnership agreements signed per quarter.
