How it all started

The story begins in 2014 with the introduction of KWFinder, a free SEO tool for finding long tail keywords. After development of additional SEO tools, we united everything under an SEO platform: Mangools.

Within a few years, we ranked 4th in the 2019 Deloitte Technology Fast 50 making us one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe. We've also appeared in 2021 Financial Times FT 1000 for Europe's fastest-growing companies (where we ranked 91st out of 1,000).

We've decided to use that momentum (and capital) to add more stability to our business by starting our acquisition activities together with a famous Czech venture firm, PaleFireCapital.

Since 2018, we have acquired (in order) an email verification service EmailListVerify, a leading uptime monitoring service UptimeRobot, an email warmup platform WarmupInbox.

Consequently, we added an all-in-one geo-targeting platform GeoTargetly, a digital guidebook leader Touch Stay, and Deadline Funnel, a marketing suite for boosting conversions through urgency.

Most recently, we acquired a second SEO tool to our portfolio: TopicRanker. This makes the total of 8 SaaS businesses in our portfolio.

Why sell to us

We were born (and still see ourselves) primarily as product builders. We believe that like us, founders love to spend time building great products rather than dealing with boring and never-ending legal and accounting details.

That's why we do acquisitions differently: with founders in mind!

Non-binding valuation in 3 working days. All we need is a few data points (*under NDA).

2.
Super-fast process. It usually takes us 1-3 months to get from 1st contact to closing.

3.
Clear deal structure. No hidden surprises. Purchase price paid out in cash!

4.
A brief transition period of 3 to 6 months ensures just what is necessary for a successful transfer of know-how.

5.
We are fully prepared to acquire solely the assets or company, without the team (e.g., in the case of a solo founder business).

6.
We understand that not all may be tidy and organized (e.g., technical debt), and this is not a deal-breaker for us.
