For every deal you refer to us, you earn 1% of the purchase price. The minimum fee that we pay you is $20,000 USD, and the maximum is $200,000 USD.

Purchase price is defined as the amount paid to the founder at closing or within one month after. Earnouts, stock options, or payments beyond one month are excluded.
