- Empower our product teams by analyzing user behavior at scale to predict which features will have the biggest impact.
- Boost internal productivity by building custom tools to automate repetitive tasks for our finance, HR, and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various departments to design and implement AI-powered automation solutions.
- Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from conception and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Our Chief of Staff will partner with you to identify high-impact automation opportunities across the company.
- You’ll have the full support of our experienced CTOs for guidance on complex technical challenges.
- Stay at the forefront of AI and automation technologies, continuously seeking new ways to innovate.
- Lay the groundwork for our AI strategy, establishing best practices and scalable processes.
Skill requirements (are we a match?)
We’re looking for a motivated and curious individual who is excited about the potential of AI. While we value experience, we believe that a passion for learning and a creative mindset are just as important.

Automation Tester / Technical Support for UptimeRobot
Who are we looking for?
💎 We have ambitious plans for the product, which means we need to grow our development team. In order to achieve our goals and bring our vision to life, it is necessary for us to scale up the team responsible for developing the product.
Are we a match?
We’re looking for someone who is part meticulous tester, part technical detective. You are the ideal candidate if you have a passion for quality and a natural curiosity for how things work under the hood. You find satisfaction not just in finding bugs, but in digging deep to understand their cause and helping people solve their problems.
You’re the person we’re looking for if you:
- Are an experienced E2E tester. You have a strong background in creating, managing, and executing automated end-to-end tests using modern frameworks like Cypress or Playwright.
- Enjoy technical investigation. You’re comfortable diving into application logs and using your SQL skills to query relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) to uncover the root cause of an issue.
- Are a skilled communicator and translator. You can read and understand code, leverage AI tools to help analyze it, and then explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical team members.
- Take pride in being the guardian of quality. You have a keen eye for detail and are motivated by the goal of ensuring new features work flawlessly before they reach our users.
- Are a proactive problem-solver. You don’t just identify problems; you actively participate in fixing them, whether it’s by providing context to a developer or, when appropriate, correcting data directly in the database.
Challenges & some cool 💩

- Have a Direct and Immediate Impact: You will see the results of your work every single day. Whether you catch a critical bug before a release or solve a tricky customer issue by investigating the database, you’ll be a hero to both our users and our internal teams.
- Become a Technical Detective: If you love the thrill of the hunt, this is for you. You’ll get to put on your detective hat, using your technical skills to investigate mysteries within our system and get to the bottom of complex problems.
- Empowerment and Trust: We trust you to be a key decision-maker in the release process. You will be empowered to make judgment calls on quality and to directly resolve customer issues when you have the context to do so safely.
- Work with a Modern Toolset: You’ll use a modern testing and support stack, including leading E2E frameworks and AI-powered tools to make your workflow more efficient and powerful.

Life at itrinity
At itrinity, we’re all about building a warm and welcoming community where everyone brings their unique spark to the table.
From day one, we make it a priority to ensure everyone – whether you’re working from home or in the office – feels like you belong here.
Our remote culture is something we’re proud of, as it allows us to work effectively while enjoying the freedom of location! But there’s nothing quite like meeting in person, of course – that’s why we are doing team building activities and our annual itrinity-retreat, where we can connect and have fun together.
Our all-hands meetings are a chance for everyone to share ideas, celebrate wins, and stay in the loop on exciting projects across the company.

We believe that a positive workplace support creativity and collaboration, allowing us to thrive as a team. Join us in shaping a culture that embraces diversity, celebrates individuality, and encourages growth every step of the way!
We want to build highly-profitable products with clear value for our customers.
We prioritize understanding and meeting our users’ needs, with their satisfaction at the core of our product decisions. Long-term growth is the natural result of listening to, evolving alongside our customers and solving their problems.
We operate multiple products, but we function as one team with shared goals and attitude. We believe in sharing know-how, ideas, and supporting each other. Honest, direct, and open communication is strongly encouraged among all members of the company.
We give freedom in decisions, but we expect responsibility and accountability.
We know resource constraints are inevitable but they often lead to innovative and smart solutions. We focus on achieving 80% of value with 20% of effort & costs. We care about outcomes not measuring outputs.
We offer above market compensation to everyone who shows the ability to rapidly and consistently deliver results and improve our chances of business success. We also have very attractive ESOP (stock ownership program) available.
We want to fail fast, because we will learn something. If we fail slowly, we lose much more time and resources. If we find something is working, we scale it fast as well to see the potential.
From work-life balance, to avoiding extremes in everything we do. We believe that the golden middle-ground is in most cases the most sustainable and successful long term approach.
