Why Are We Hiring?

We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist who likes solving problems, digging into technical issues, and helping customers in a way that actually feels useful and human.

At itrinity, support is not just about replying to tickets. Our support team works closely with developers, investigates real product issues, looks for patterns in customer feedback, and helps improve the experience across multiple SaaS products used by millions of users worldwide.

Must haves

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical thinking with communication, likes autonomy, and wants to be part of a profitable remote-first SaaS company where support is seen as an important part of the product – not just a cost center.

  • You genuinely enjoy troubleshooting and naturally look for the root cause of issues.
  • You can explain technical things clearly, simply, and without sounding robotic.
  • You stay calm and structured even when dealing with more technical or complex situations.
  • You are comfortable switching between multiple products, tools, and conversations during the day.
  • You like ownership and can work independently without constant supervision.
  • You are curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions or challenge things that don’t make sense.
  • You pay attention to detail and can clearly document issues for developers and teammates.

Skill requirements (are we a match?)

  • 2 – 4 years of experience in technical or product support within a SaaS environment
  • strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • confident written communication in English
  • experience with tools like Jira, Linear, Intercom, Zendesk or similar
  • curiosity and willingness to learn new products and technical concepts

Job description

  • Communication is primarily chat and email-based, with occasional customer calls or Loom recordings when needed.
  • Deliver support in a warm, natural, and helpful way – we want every interaction to feel human, not scripted.
  • Investigate technical issues, reproduce reported bugs, and work closely with developers to help resolve them.
  • Help identify recurring customer pain points and share product feedback internally.
  • Core collaboration hours are 9 AM – 5 PM CEST, otherwise we care more about results than micromanagement.
  • This is a 100% remote position, with regular offsites and occasional meetups in Slovakia or Czechia.

In your first 3 months you will:

  • learn our products, workflows, and support processes
  • start independently handling customer conversations
  • collaborate with developers on bug reporting and issue verification
  • gradually take ownership of more technical and complex support cases
  • get comfortable navigating multiple products and customer scenarios

Responsibilities

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our users’ success, collaborating closely with your teammates to address both routine customer questions and complex challenges, investigating tech issues, and reporting them to our developers.

We’re looking for a tech-savvy person who will be happy to help our customers with their questions regarding our SEO tools and email verification via chat and email support. Good communication skills, patience, and flexibility are necessary.

Interview process

    Why Are We Hiring?

    itrinity is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Group Product Manager who can balance leadership with hands-on product execution. You’ll play a critical role in leading our product teams, improving processes, mentoring product managers, and shaping our overall product strategy while owning one of our core products yourself.

    This position is 50% about team leadership – ensuring we build a world-class product management organization – and 50% focused on individual contributor responsibilities, driving the success of your own dedicated product. If you enjoy leading people, building efficient product processes, but still love diving deep into product details yourself, this role is a perfect fit.

    🚀 Your Mission

    You’ll drive strategic growth, innovation, and user satisfaction across itrinity’s portfolio, personally owning the vision, strategy, and execution of one core product, while also shaping and leading our broader product team.

    Your Responsibilities

    🎯 Team Leadership & Development

    • Lead, mentor, and grow our team of product managers, creating an environment focused on clear goals, personal growth, accountability, and excellence.
    • Continuously improve product management processes and state-of-the-art best practices across itrinity, to build and support a highly effective product team.
    • Review and challenge the product strategies and roadmaps across the itrinity portfolio. Ensure their effective delivery.
    • Spot, design, and ensure the effective delivery of portfolio-wide product activities, e.g., continuous dynamic pricing A/B tests, world-class user centricity and customer experience, auditing user journeys and onboarding, etc.
    • Collaborate effectively with Analytics, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and senior leadership, maintaining clarity and alignment across the organization.
    • Hire and, if necessary, replace product managers, ensuring each new acquisition within the portfolio is supported by the right product management talent.

    🛠️ Hands-On Product Management

    • Own and drive your product’s vision, roadmap, prioritisation, and delivery, and collaborate with CTO and CMO to ensure smooth new feature development and releases.
    • Stay close to customers, understanding their problems deeply, validating solutions, and ensuring exceptional user experiences.
    • Create clear, actionable product specs, UI/UX concepts, and requirements (usually documented in Notion).
    • Oversee product development from ideation through launch, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.

    • Define, measure, and optimize key product metrics that directly impact business and customer value.
    • Use data, user feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to continuously refine and improve your product strategy.
    • Own accountability for product business goals – revenue, costs, retention, engagement, and satisfaction.

    • 6+ years of product management experience in SaaS, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring product teams.
    • Demonstrated success owning end-to-end product lifecycle – customer discovery, roadmap prioritization, execution, and iteration.
    • Strong business sense – connecting product outcomes to clear business results.
    • Extra energetic leader, a driver of passion, fueling the team, with a strong get-things-done mindset, a problem solver, a roadblock remover, simply leading with heart and passion.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, clearly articulating decisions and strategies.

    ✨ Nice-to-Have

    • Experience with marketing or MarTech niches.
    • Technical or engineering background or familiarity with software development processes.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit, growth-hacking mindset, comfortable with dynamic environments and rapid change.
