Content Writer / Editor
Who we are looking for?
Join our Marketing team as a Content Writer / Editor. Working closely with our SEO team, you’ll write and edit articles, guides and pages that are accurate, rank in search, get cited in AI answers, and read like they were written by someone who knows the subject.
You’ll write and edit for all of our products, with a focus on Warmup Inbox, UptimeRobot, Touch Stay and EmailListVerify.
Must haves
- 2+ years writing for B2B SaaS or tech companies, with published work you can share.
- You use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT or similar) every day to research and draft, with your own setup: project instructions, reusable prompts, style guides for AI. You know how to edit their output into something publishable, and you can spot AI-sounding writing and fix it.
- You check facts. Product details, numbers and claims get verified before anything goes live.
- Comfortable with technical topics. You can learn how email deliverability or uptime monitoring works and explain it clearly to the people who use our products.
- Working knowledge of SEO, and of how content gets cited by AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews.
- Native or near-native written English.
- You work independently: you take a brief to a finished piece and manage your own queue across several products.
Nice-to-have
- Experience writing about email marketing, cold outreach, deliverability, DevOps and monitoring, or short-term rentals and hospitality.
- Familiarity with Ahrefs, Semrush or similar SEO tools, plus Google Search Console and GA4.
- Experience with AI image generation for article, page and social visuals.
- Experience publishing with WordPress, Webflow or HubSpot.
Responsibilities
- Write and edit articles, guides, comparison pages and landing page copy, using AI for research and first drafts.
- Check every product claim, number and screenshot against the product and its docs.
- Write in each product’s voice and take out the AI tells: generic intros, filler, repeated structures, claims nobody can check.
- Update existing articles when they lose rankings or go out of date.
- Occasionally write or edit social posts for our products.
- Work with SEO specialists and product owners, and help improve the AI content workflows and writing guidelines we all use.

- Prescreening call (15-20 min) with our HR team to align expectations.
- Case study based on the work you’d do in this role.
- Interview with the hiring manager to go deeper into your work, the role and its responsibilities.
