Social & Community Specialist
Why Are We Hiring?
Join our Marketing team and become the authentic voice of our SaaS products, with more on the way. You’ll live in online conversations, craft social posts that fit each brand, manage community discussions, and run and improve our AI-driven social and community workflows day to day.
Must haves
- 1+ year in any mix of community management, social media, SEO, or growth marketing for a SaaS product.
- Proven, hands-on AI fluency. You use AI tools daily in real work and can show for it: workflows you’ve built, prompts and best practices you rely on, results you’ve shipped. Casual, free-plan ChatGPT use does not qualify.
- Confident written English, able to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging conversations and on-brand social posts.
- Data-curious mindset, keen to experiment with different strategies and iterate based on results.
- Self-starter who owns tasks independently yet enjoys working with other specialists and departments.
Nice-to-have
- Technical background and a solid understanding of related topics.
- Proven skill in handling public communication or light PR across social channels.
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms (n8n), social scheduling and listening tools, or AI agent tooling.
- Strong writing and editing skills. You can proofread and polish content so it reads well for people, search engines, and LLMs alike.
- Experience with publishing articles using WordPress, Webflow, or Hubspot.
Responsibilities (what will be your duties?)
- Monitor and engage in public discussions (Reddit, Quora, social media, review sites, and more) across all brands.
- Plan and publish original posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram using AI automation, tailored to each product’s voice and campaign calendar.
- Own and improve our social and community automation stack: listening, scheduling, and AI-drafting workflows. Keep quality high as volume scales, reviewing and refining AI output rather than shipping it raw.
- Produce on-brand social content using the latest tools and best practices, working with AI and our senior editor where longer-form is involved.
- Collaborate with copywriters, SEO specialists, and designers, or run your own tasks, building our presence across public forums and discussions.
- Track key metrics, share insights, and propose smart experiments.
Our interview process

- Prescreening call (15-20 min) with our HR team to align expectations.
- Case study – reply to real online discussions and community questions, plus a short task showing how you use AI in your workflow.
- Interview with the hiring manager to dive deeper into technical topics and go over the role and its responsibilities.
