Our Mallorca Offsite 2025

Our annual offsite in Mallorca had a bit of everything: sun, rain, party boats, and plenty of teamwork. Here’s what happens when 55 people head to the coast to work, connect, and have some fun. 🌊

A New Destination, Familiar Tradition

Every year, our itrinity team swaps home offices for a new place by the sea – to work, recharge, and spend time together. This October, 55 of us headed to Paguera, Mallorca, where our cozy boutique hotel sat just a few meters from the beach. Ten days of teamwork, fresh ideas, and a few unexpected twists were about to begin.

Work, Meetings, and a Bit of Improvisation

We had a plan – workshops, all-hands, 1:1s, focused sessions… The only thing we didn’t plan for? Our “official” meeting room being slightly smaller than expected. So we adapted: brainstorming in the lobby, syncs on the terrace, and spontaneous discussions squeezed between coffee tables. And somehow, it turned out perfectly fine.

From “Chill Cruise” to Full-On Party Boat

Yes, we did know it was a party boat – but we didn’t expect that kind of party. Think loud music, flashing lights, and dancing waves (literally). So we did what we do best – we went with it. It turned into one of those moments you can’t plan, but you’ll definitely remember (no matter in what sense).

When the Weather Had Other Plans

It wasn’t all sunshine, but that didn’t stop anyone – and we didn’t even expect it to be. That’s actually one of the reasons we go in autumn, it’s not too hot, you can do plenty of activities, and the places aren’t as crowded. Some of us chased better weather on the other side of the island, others threw on raincoats and went exploring anyway. A few just didn’t care – they went swimming in the drizzle.
Mallorca might’ve been moody at times, but it didn’t slow us down.

What Really Matters

Between the work sessions, the rain, the sea, and the party boat playlist we’ll never forget – it all somehow clicked. These trips remind us what itrinity is about: flexibility, good humor, teamwork, and a bit of chaos that makes the best stories. With how much our team has grown, it was the first offsite for nearly twelve new colleagues who joined us for the very first time. They showed up, joined right in, and blended in as if they’d been part of the crew for years – and we couldn’t be happier about that.

That’s how we’ll remember this autumn 🧡
