Forbes Business Festival: We Don’t Manage People. We Build Products.

Earlier this month, we had the chance to share our story at the Forbes Business Fest, one of the biggest business events in Czech Republic. With more than 4,000 attendees, 4 different stages, and dozens of insightful talks, the event was a celebration of bold ideas, visionaries, and companies that are changing the game.

Our CEO, Michal Aftanas, joined to talk about something that makes itrinity different: We don’t believe in managing people. We believe in building great products.

No Managers. Just Owners.

We often hear that people leave companies because of bad managers. But what if the root of the problem isn’t the quality of the manager, but the very idea of management itself? We don’t build hierarchies. We build ownership. We don’t do meetings, email chains, or layers of middle management. Instead, we rely on senior doers – people who make decisions and execute them.

Real Authority Comes with Real Responsibility

At the heart of our approach is this belief: If someone is capable of making a decision, they should be empowered to make it. We avoid permission-based processes and top-down approvals. Instead, we focus on trust, clarity, and accountability.

Culture of Clarity, Not Chaos

Let’s be clear, autonomy without alignment leads to chaos. That’s why we invest time into: 1. Hiring the right people – we look for those who want to create, not just follow instructions. 2. Clear communication – everyone knows where we’re going and why and 3. Simple processes – lightweight tools, clear roles, and common sense over bureaucracy.

8 SaaS Products, 1 Philosophy

We’re currently group of 8 SaaS profitable products, operating across the world. Each product team is different, but they share the same mindset: don’t wait for instructions. Build something great.
