Join Our Team

Hi there 👋 - we’re itrinity – a fast-growing portfolio of 8 SaaS companies.

For more than 10 years, we’ve been building and scaling profitable products that millions of people rely on every day. With 30%+ EBITDA growth year after year and a team of 90+ curious, ambitious people, we’re shaping the future of SaaS together.

At itrinity, growth is shared. Through our portfolio-wide ESOP, everyone has the chance to grow alongside the company – because success feels better when it’s collective.

💙 We’re proud of what we’ve built. But even prouder of the people who make it happen. 💙

Hop on Board!

Let’s Grow Together!

Who are we looking for?

Acquisitions are one of the most crucial growth channels for itrinity. We’ve already brought 8 successful SaaS products under our wing, and now we’re gearing up to find the next game-changers. This is your chance to join us at the forefront, spotting hidden gems, making the deals happen, and shaping the future of our portfolio.

Your mission (if you decide to join us)

Close 2–3 SaaS acquisitions each year, from the first handshake to the final signature. You’ll be at the center of it all: researching opportunities, negotiating with founders, and celebrating wins that directly shape the company’s growth trajectory.

This mission includes activities such as prospecting, filtering, outreaching, motivating, negotiating, closing deals, and more. We use AI-powered automation wherever possible to keep the process efficient and scalable.

Are we a match?

We are seeking a highly organized, intellectually curious, and driven individual ready to deliver in the dynamic world of SaaS acquisitions.

Must have

  • 3+ years in B2B software prospecting and outbound deal sourcing, or software sales with a hunting focus.
  • Proven success in building and managing a qualified pipeline, cold email, LinkedIn, or phone, with CRM, e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Strong qualification and discovery, able to move targets to NDA and LOI.
  • Negotiation and closing experience, coordinates a founder, analyst, and legal to get from the first call to a signed LOI.
  • Proven founder objection handling that turns valuation, timing, and control pushbacks into agreed next steps.
  • Confident communicator – can speak with founders, investors, and internal stakeholders, native or near-native English.

Nice to have

  • Prior work in corp dev, PE, search fund, or at a HoldCo acquiring SaaS, including deal screening and broker relations.
  • Basic financial and SaaS KPI literacy, understanding P&L, ARR, MRR, churn, and cohort trends.
  • Hands-on with enrichment and automation tools, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, PhantomBuster, Zapier or Make, and A/B testing sequences.
  • Building outreach playbooks and copy, delivers repeatable reply rates and meeting show rates across segments.

Personality fit

  • Hunter mindset, resilient to rejection, sustained energy in long prospecting cycles.
  • Persuasive and empathetic communicator, sharp questioning, builds founder trust and relationship.
  • Process-oriented, disciplined with CRM hygiene and A/B testing.
  • High integrity and discretion, careful with confidential information and data.
  • Bias to action and ownership, delivers outcomes without hand-holding, learns fast.

Responsibilities

To give you a clearer view of what we expect, here’s a breakdown of the responsibilities:

  • Deal sourcing –> We use a fully automated and proprietary search and filtering system for high-quality leads of potential SaaS products. Minimal manual work here, but you can suggest ways to make it even better.
  • Cold outreach –> Sophisticated LinkedIn and email outreach is highly automated. Your main role is to orchestrate automation setup and continuously fine-tune it via A/B testing the motivators based on conversion rate metrics.
  • Data gathering –> Convince potential founders to share basic data about their SaaS product in a specific format under NDA.
  • Business Analysis & Valuation –> Done by internal business analyst, coordination only.
  • Offer –> Present and justify the valuation to the founder, using various motivators, the trickiest part.
  • Transactional documentation –> Work with the legal team to prepare simple and suitable documentation and negotiate with the founder.
  • Due Diligence → Coordinate diligence across legal, tax, and ops for each acquisition
  • Presentation –> Promote itrinity M&A activities at conferences, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Celebration –> Enjoy your bonus for every successful acquisition.

Help Shape the Voice of UptimeRobot in the Developer World

We’re looking for a Developer Advocate (DevRel) to join our fast-growing SaaS team and become the go-to technical storyteller and community bridge for UptimeRobot.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys writing code as much as writing content, is active in dev communities, and wants to build meaningful connections with our users around the world.

          Why this role matters

You’ll be the face and voice of UR for developers – across Discord, GitHub, Dev.to, YouTube, and more. Your work will directly influence product decisions, community growth, and how devs everywhere see and use UptimeRobot.

Must-haves (are we speaking the same language?)

          • Technical background: Degree in CS, Engineering, or hands-on dev experience.
          • Dev-first mindset: You’ve coded, shipped, debugged, and know dev workflows inside-out.
          • Community engagement: You’ve built or contributed to dev communities (Discord, GitHub, Reddit, etc.).
          • Content confidence: You’re comfortable explaining tech concepts on camera, in tutorials, or live events.
          • English: Written & spoken fluency for tech audiences – tutorials, livestreams, docs, posts.

Your mission (what you’ll actually do 🚀)

👾 Own and energize our developer community

          • Run & grow our Discord server: engage users, collect feedback, run contests, and share updates
          • Kick off our “Build with UR” initiative – inspire and support developers building plugins/integrations.
          • Help shape UR’s roadmap by surfacing community ideas and dev pain points.

          🎥 Create useful, authentic content

          • Host & produce video tutorials and walkthroughs on YouTube
          • Represent UR on podcasts, collabs, and AMAs with other creators
          • Own and manage our content presence on Dev.to, GitHub, Stack Overflow

💬 Be our voice in the dev world

          • Respond to community posts, write guides, and promote UR’s capabilities.
          • Write technical content: from “getting started” guides to advanced how-tos.
          • Bring back insights and feedback to our CMO, CPO, and product team.

          Bonus points if you…

          • Have real hands-on experience with UptimeRobot product
          • Have 2–3 years in Dev, DevOps, or Product roles
          • Have done DevRel / Advocacy / Technical Content before
          • Have a portfolio of tutorials, talks, or GitHub projects to show us

The vibe we’re looking for 💫

          • Builder mindset: You tinker, prototype, and love creating “what’s possible” demos.
          • Empathetic techie: You care deeply about DX and turn feedback into action.
          • Proactive & autonomous: You don’t wait for permission, you take the lead.
          • Community-driven: You genuinely enjoy being part of dev conversations and communities.

          What we offer

There are countless reasons to choose us as your next work adventure. However, these reasons might be quite different than the ones you are used to seeing. We like to embrace these differences.

                Who are we looking for?

💎 We have ambitious plans for the product, which means we need to grow our development team. In order to achieve our goals and bring our vision to life, it is necessary for us to scale up the team responsible for developing the product.

                Are we a match?

We’re looking for someone who is part meticulous tester, part technical detective. You are the ideal candidate if you have a passion for quality and a natural curiosity for how things work under the hood. You find satisfaction not just in finding bugs, but in digging deep to understand their cause and helping people solve their problems.

You’re the person we’re looking for if you:

                • Are an experienced E2E tester. You have a strong background in creating, managing, and executing automated end-to-end tests using modern frameworks like Cypress or Playwright.
                • Enjoy technical investigation. You’re comfortable diving into application logs and using your SQL skills to query relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) to uncover the root cause of an issue.
                • Are a skilled communicator and translator. You can read and understand code, leverage AI tools to help analyze it, and then explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical team members.
                • Take pride in being the guardian of quality. You have a keen eye for detail and are motivated by the goal of ensuring new features work flawlessly before they reach our users.
                • Are a proactive problem-solver. You don’t just identify problems; you actively participate in fixing them, whether it’s by providing context to a developer or, when appropriate, correcting data directly in the database.

                Challenges & some cool 💩

This isn’t your average testing role. It’s a unique, hybrid position that offers a chance to wear multiple hats and have a significant impact on our products and our customers. We see challenges as opportunities to grow, and this role is full of them.

Here’s a taste of what makes this role exciting:

                • Be the Bridge Between Worlds: You will be the crucial communication link between our customers, our support team, and our developers. You’ll gain a holistic understanding of our product – from the code to the user experience – that few others possess.
                • Have a Direct and Immediate Impact: You will see the results of your work every single day. Whether you catch a critical bug before a release or solve a tricky customer issue by investigating the database, you’ll be a hero to both our users and our internal teams.
                • Become a Technical Detective: If you love the thrill of the hunt, this is for you. You’ll get to put on your detective hat, using your technical skills to investigate mysteries within our system and get to the bottom of complex problems.
                • Empowerment and Trust: We trust you to be a key decision-maker in the release process. You will be empowered to make judgment calls on quality and to directly resolve customer issues when you have the context to do so safely.
                • Work with a Modern Toolset: You’ll use a modern testing and support stack, including leading E2E frameworks and AI-powered tools to make your workflow more efficient and powerful.

                Key responsibilities

                • Deliver high quality solution (code) for assigned Epics, tasks and bugs
                  • Ensure code is properly tested, optimized, and accounts for edge cases
                  • Maintain high coding standards with clean, reusable, and scalable code
                  • Write only as much code as needed (because less code = fewer problems 😀)
                • Breaking the complex problems into smaller, manageable tasks
                  • Analyzing the problem and finding the best solution
                  • Split work into structured tasks to improve planning and estimations
                • Manage your workflow and inform about your progress
                  • Communicate with DEV managers about blockers or unexpected issues
                • Cooperate with our PO & DEV lead(s) to achieve your main mission!
                  • Helping with architectural decisions
                  • Helping with technical feasibility analysis of new features

From work-life balance, to avoiding extremes in everything we do. We believe that the golden middle-ground is in most cases the most sustainable and successful long term approach.
