We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Automation Engineer with a strong passion for and practical experience in leveraging AI technologies and modern development practices to design, build, and implement impactful automation solutions and internal tools. This pivotal role is 100% focused on supercharging itrinity’s operational efficiency and productivity by developing innovative AI-powered systems and workflows across all company departments.

Mission

To supercharge the productivity of itrinity’s internal teams by designing, building, and deploying innovative AI-powered automation tools and intelligent internal systems. This role is about mastering the practical application of AI technologies to streamline complex workflows, eliminate repetitive tasks, unlock new levels of performance across all departments, and transform ideas into scalable, intelligent internal solutions. High-impact tools developed may also present opportunities for public-facing products.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable AI-powered automation solutions and internal tools to enhance company-wide productivity.
  • Lead the technical architecture and development lifecycle for internal AI systems, ensuring a product-centric and secure approach.
  • Collaborate across departments to identify and prioritize AI automation opportunities, translating needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Prototype, implement, and iterate on AI agents and tools, expertly using AI models, APIs (e.g., OpenAI, OpenRouter), and prompt engineering.
  • Evaluate and select optimal technologies for AI solutions, including AI platforms, APIs, no-code/low-code tools, and scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python).
  • Stay at the forefront of applied AI, continuously learning and integrating new tools, models, and techniques to address business challenges.
  • Champion best practices in AI application, documenting solutions and sharing knowledge across teams.
  • Measure the impact of deployed AI solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Skill requirements (are we a match?)

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience: building robust automation solutions, internal tools, or backend systems. Strong proficiency in Python and core AI/ML libraries is expected.
  • Expert in Applied AI Implementation: Proven ability to integrate and orchestrate AI tools/APIs (e.g., OpenAI SDK, OpenRouter, LangChain, Hugging Face APIs) to build practical, scalable applications. Mastery of prompt engineering is key.
  • Practical AI/ML Understanding (Engineering-First): Solid grasp of core AI/ML concepts (e.g., embeddings, vector databases, model fine-tuning, RAG) to make informed architectural and implementation decisions.
  • AI-Powered Personal Workflow: You are an avid user of AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Perplexity, etc.) to significantly enhance your own development productivity, research, and problem-solving.
  • Proficient with Database Technologies: Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases for storing and managing data related to AI tools and automations.
  • Pragmatic Technology & Platform Selection: Knows when to build custom solutions versus leveraging low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Retool, Make, n8n, Zapier) or specialized AI platforms for maximum efficiency and impact.
  • Experimental, Iterative & Prototyping Mindset: Eager to rapidly experiment with and prototype new AI models, services, and frameworks to assess their value and feasibility for internal solutions.
  • Strong Communicator & Collaborator: Adept at translating complex business problems into innovative AI-driven technical solutions and clearly explaining AI concepts and their implications to non-technical audiences.
  • Product-Minded & User-Focused: Dedicated to building high-quality, reliable, and user-centric internal AI tools that demonstrably improve team effectiveness and workflows.

Ignite Growth at a Fast-Growing SaaS Company

We seek an experienced and dynamic general marketer to join our talented marketing team.

As a Chief Marketing Officer, you will mainly be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for one of ur key products, Touch Stay, while working closely with our marketing team.

Must have

  • At least 5 years of experience working as a CMO in the SaaS business or e-commerce.
  • A hands-on approach and a detailed understanding of core marketing functions are essential.
  • Skills in using Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio and data analytics tools.
  • Ability to measure and evaluate all marketing activities on a weekly/monthly basis and plan the next activities based on the results.
  • Understanding of marketing across all specializations and hands-on experience with running e-mail marketing campaigns and automations via multiple platforms.
  • Profit-driven thinking, such as investing in activities that will have the most significant impact on EBITDA for our portfolio.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform business/marketing analyses with internal data (SQL knowledge is an advantage).
  • Be bright, creative, ambitious, and have a strong analytical mindset.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (B2).

Nice to have

  • Having experience in B2B SaaS products in observability, monitoring, or DevOps industries is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in travel tech. industry.
  • We would greatly appreciate a strong focus on SEO.
  • Ability to come up with out-of-the-box growth hacks to generate growth outside of traditional marketing channels.
  • Experience in community management. Ability to turn our 2+mil users into an engaging community of brand ambassadors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and implementing marketing strategies for the product.
  • Setting marketing KPIs and objectives (typically CPA) per marketing activity.
  • Outreach campaigns: Execute outreach campaigns to engage with potential customers, industry influencers, and partners through email, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Market research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • Shaping Marketing Epics: Work closely with the marketing leadership team to shape marketing epics and campaigns aligned with the company’s high-level marketing strategy and goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to align efforts with broader marketing initiatives. Collaborate on content creation, website improvements, and overall digital marketing strategies.
  • Always be on the search for innovative growth hacks. Conduct ongoing experiments to discover new and unique tactics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Attend marketing conferences, webinars, and workshops to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques. Share knowledge and insights with the team to continuously enhance our practices.

  • technically skilled support enthusiast with strong troubleshooting skills and an ability to navigate through one or multiple product environments

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role within a SaaS environment
  • previous experience with technical support, preferably in software or SaaS
  • ability to communicate technical information in an accessible manner to non-technical customers
  • 1–2 years of experience in a QA, software testing
  • fluent English (perfect grammar)
  • ability to work independently but not afraid to ask for help or support colleagues when needed
  • strong understanding of DNS configuration and domain settings is a plus (custom domain setup assistance)
  • familiarity with issue tracking tools like Jira
  • assist with manual testing of new features, bug fixes, and product updates.
  • prior experience with test case writing or light automation (e.g., using tools like TestRail, Postman, or Chrome DevTools) is a bonus, but not required.

Responsibilities (what will be your duties?)

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our users’ success, collaborating closely with your teammates to address both routine customer questions and complex challenges, investigating tech issues, and reporting them to our developers.

We’re looking for a tech-savvy person who will be happy to help our customers with their questions regarding our SEO tools, email verification and warming up tools, and uptime monitoring via chat and email support. Good communication skills, patience, and flexibility are necessary.

  • Communication: mostly chat and email, with possible video-meet communication with our special customers later. Deliver outstanding email support using a warm, natural, and friendly tone – making every interaction feel like a helpful conversation.
  • Assist with manual testing of new features, bug fixes, and product updates.
  • Reproduce user-reported bugs and provide clear, actionable information to the development team.
  • Help track and verify fixes for issues reported by users.
  • Working hours: We would love to test a Tuesday-to-Saturday schedule, so only one day is unattended over the weekend, and we can see how many tickets carry over to Monday.
    • Standard hours: 8:00 PM – 1:00 AM CEST (Central European Summer Time) → 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM Eastern US Time (ET)
    • Training period (first 2–3 months): Expected availability 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM CEST → 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM ET, to better align with the team.
    • After onboarding, working hours can return to the regular schedule or be adjusted earlier, if progress is going well and it benefits both sides.
  • 100% remote job. We are based in Slovakia and Czechia and we also have offsite events and dinners from time to time!
  • Cooperate with your team members and share valuable information with other departments.
